Organize Pdf Ipad
The iPad that Apple makes available can be used even as document reader, because it provides support for the popular Adobe PDF format. However, if you want to be able to access PDF files on your iPad in an organized manner, you need to use one of the dedicated apps that are designed to help you efficiently read and manage simultaneously multiple PDF files.

My first choice is the GoodReader app for iPad that can be purchased from iTunes an easily installed on the device. The reason why I recommend this PDF reader is because it’s designed to support document synchronization. You will be able to choose from a wide variety of options the one that best suits your needs, because the support mentioned covers Apple’s MobileMe as well as iTunes, Dropbox and other popular options. I can’t tell you which option is best to choose, because they all have their advantages and are suitable to use under certain circumstances, so you may end up using several syncing possibilities during the same day. What I also need to mention is that the PDF reader capabilities of GoodReader are just as impressive. The app even gives you the chance to annotate your documents within the interface.

If you don’t want to use specialized apps, you should first of all keep in mind that getting PDF files on your iPad is not complicated at all. You can use for this purpose iTunes as well as emails with attachments that you can download within Safari. Once the PDF files of interest become available on your iPad, you will be able to organize them by using the in-built capabilities of your iPad. I’m referring to iBooks which makes available by default two Collections: PDFs and Books. The moment a PDF file is detected on your iPad, you will notice its addition to the PDF Collection of iTunes. You can also switch between the two collections available by touching the “Collections” button and choosing from the list the option of interest. You should also know that you have the chance to create your own collections by tapping the same Collections button we’ve been talking about and choosing “New”. You will then have to name the newly added collection and decide which files should be added to its content. To add a certain file, you need to locate the Edit button available in the iBooks window, tap on it and then tap on the file of interest. As a result a check mark will be displayed and you will have to tap the “Move” button in order to select the collection of interest. So, you can organize PDF files by using the device’s in-built capabilities.
