Ipad Remote Control

If you are the type of person that everyone reaches to for technical support, you definitely know how annoying and hard is to make yourself understood over the phone. You often end up wishing you were there, with your hands on the device and with the idea in your mind that can solve the problem in seconds. Fortunately, in the case of iPads that offer support for Internet connections, you can use remote control apps that will help you feel like you’re there, with your hands on the device. So instead of explaining steps that need to be followed over the phone, you will be showing your friend on its own iPad what he/she is supposed to do in order to solve the unexpected issue.

What I like about remote control apps in general is that they aren’t sources of limitations. You usually get to do what you want and as fast as you want as long as you make available a fast Internet connection. You will even be able to play games on your friend’s device. If you are interested in discovering what such apps are available for the iPad, you should check out the list of possibilities I put together

Treanviewer HD is a free remote control app that occupies only 100MB of storage space on any device. This app delivers a simple and well organized interface and offers a 9-digit access code and a 4-digit password that you need to know in order to access the targeted iPad. By typing the necessary codes, the connection will be established in just a few seconds. This app doesn’t require special settings, firewall configuration or registration, so it can be used even by those of us who lack experience.

Another useful iPad remote control app that you can use is PocketCloud which is also available free of charge. Developed by Microsoft, this app is responsive and allows you to configure only one device. Unfortunately, in order to use this app you need to have a Google account and go through the trouble of downloading a helper app. However, it remains one of the best free alternatives available.

If you’re interested in performance, you should also take a look at SlashTop Remote Free. The free version of this app makes available only 5 minutes of use, so if you’re convinced of its capabilities, you will just have to open your pocket. This app can be installed on both Windows and Mac computers and allows you to use the targeted iPad even for watching a video or playing a game. Not to mention that you will be able to browse the iPad’s settings and put to the test its wireless capabilities.
