Ipad Giveaways

A year after the iPad’s release, people were starting to worry that Apple is interested in making unavailable iPad giveaways. That’s because the iPad manufacturer started to enforce serious guidelines that restricted the possibilities of those interested in handling third-party promotions focused on the iPad. However, even in 2012 there are still iPad giveaways in which you can participate in order to get your hands on a free Apple tablet.

For example, Engadget has recently supported a 3-day iPad giveaway. The third day of the giveaway was made possible by CloudOn, a developer that wanted to celebrate the release of a new version of its app by offering for free a 16GB Wi-Fi only iPad to one of Engadget’s readers. CloudOn is actually an app that you can use for free in order to create, edit and share Office documents via Adobe Reader, Box synchronization and Adobe Reader. If you are less interested in the app and more interested in the rules involved by the eligibility process, I can tell you that all you had to do is answer to a question that involved letting the world know which the two things that you would like to see on an iPad customized for productivity on the go are.  Engadget also felt the need to specify that the winner will be chosen randomly and the notification will be made by email. As expected, the contest allowed participants from the US and Canada (except Quebec).

Another iPad giveaway announced at the end of April is related to DealPixel. The guys behind the name plan to soon release a website that will make available incredible deals for apps, premium fonts, themes and other similar stuff that are of interest for web and creative professionals and they decided to mark the moment by giving away a free iPad to one of WDL’s readers. In order to enter the competition that involves the giveaway of a 16GB Wi-Fi only iPad you will have to subscribe to the DealPixel newsletter. Basically you will have to enter a valid email address and then press the Subscribe button. Then, you will have to wait until the 30^th of May when a random winner will be chosen. Most of those who have left comments on the page that announces the giveaway considered it to be a huge opportunity. Fortunately there is still time to enter this second iPad giveaway, so if you are interested you should definitely visit the webdesignledger.com page.
