Apple iPad Dock

Apple’s iPad is a wonderful device that has become more and more popular, due to its multiple uses and brilliant features. The iPad enables you to work as well as have fun, providing numerous useful and entertaining applications. The high-resolution, multi-touch screen, the very powerful processor or the capacity to multitask, have turned the iPad in a very useful and enjoyable device.

The iPad Dock keeps your iPad in an upright position, while this is charging or syncing, which makes it ideal for being put on a countertop or a desk.

There are several ways in which you can use the iPad Dock. To start with, you can connect it to your PC or Mac and sync it or charge its battery. The USB cable for this connection is included. You can also charge your iPad by connecting the dock to any electrical outlet. This can be done by using the 10W USB Power Adapter which is included to your iPad. Also, the dock can act perfectly as a stand for your device, keeping it at an ideal angle for watching movies, videos or slideshows, or writing documents or emails. When you feel like experiencing your favorite movies or videos on the widescreen of the TV or on a video projector, all you have to do is connect the dock to one of these two. The connection cable is not provided, but you must use a compatible one, such as the Apple Component, an iPad Dock Connector to VGA Adapter or a Composite AV Cable. Finally, the iPad Dock can be connected to powered speakers or a stereo, thus allowing you to fully experience the sound of your favorite tunes. The cables are also not included, but you can optionally purchase a stereo audio cable or an AV cable.

Interesting enough, the iPad Dock has received numerous critics which pointed out the inability of using several features of the iPad when using it. The truth is that the main job of the Dock, which is charging and syncing your device, is fully accomplished and no critics can be brought to that.11
